This will be our first AGM for over 3 years due to the pandemic (our 2020 AGM, arranged for 18th March had to be cancelled). The meeting will elect officers (Chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer).
We will also discuss the roles of County Recorder (macro moths and butterflies) and newsletter editor.
We already have a County Recorder for Micro Moths - Sam Bosanquet.
In the meantime, please submit any butterfly or macro moth records to David Slade using an Excel spreadsheet if possible: david.slade@sewbrec.org.uk
The AGM of Monmouthshire Moth and Butterfly Group will be held on Wednesday 11th May at Usk Royal British Legion, 7.30pm.
Monad (1km) maps have been added to the species accounts, and the maps have been re-arranged into tabs.
We are currently working on a new website for the Moth and Butterfly records in the Monmouthshire area. Watch this space!
